Building manhood.
Fueling mission.
connecting men to the church.
the event that helps turn sideline men into committed leaders in your church
God's mission for your life is planted, watered, and grown in the soil of the local church
pastor & Men’s Ministry Leader,
Do you have men who attend but don’t engage?
In my experience men don’t disengage from church because they don’t care… they disengage because they don’t have a mission. They do have a mission at work and school… or while playing video games or golfing… but when it comes to church, they can easily tune out and warm a chair without getting connected to the one thing that can truly change their life... Your church and Jesus. Men were built to fight for something bigger than themselves; they were meant to be on a mission.
Right now, men are the #1 consumers fueling the sex trafficking industry. I’ve worked in this field for a decade and I’ve seen the worst examples of men adrift. That statistic isn’t just heartbreaking… It’s a loud warning that biblical manhood is in severe decline. But it’s also a sign of hope, because if men are part of the problem, they can be the solution.
Finding their God-given mission is the bridge between boyhood and authentic biblical manhood. We need more men engaging in the church, leading their families spiritually, and changing the culture around them. The Church, and the hope it carries… is still God’s plan for transformation. And it starts with men who have discovered their mission and stepped into it.
That’s the WHY for Men of Justice… an event designed to call men higher, not bash them and tell them to be better, but… to inspire them to lead their home spiritually, be protectors, and build real brotherhood inside the church. Over the past 20 years in ministry, I’ve seen men find their calling and engage when they understand how to identify God’s mission for their life.
If you have men in your church who aren’t engaging in their faith and the church, I’d love to partner with you to help them find their mission… to not just show up to church, but connect, serve, grow, be generous, and become the spiritual leaders God is calling them to be.
In the fight with you,
Andrew Dawson
